A.) Ownership 
Originally ninja theory was called Just add monsters and it was founded by Tameem Antonicudes and Nina Kristensen. It was acquired my argonaught games soon after it was funded. The company purchased itself from administrators after argonaught games liquidised. Sony computer entertainment saved Ninja Theory from bankruptcy. They ended up losing all their in-house technologies because of their agreement with sony. They then worked on two games for Sony: Devil May Cry and Enslaved: odyssey of the west. Later they made a small team to work on Hellblade and this was their first self-published title. Later they became owned by Microsoft.
B.) Operating model
Ninja theory is owned by Microsoft and make games for them. They have made several games and are now working on virtual reality games. Currently Ninja Theory is owned by two of the three founders who started it, Nina Kristensen, who is chief development director, Tameem Antoniades, chief creative director. There is another director now as well Jez San OBE, non-executive director. Another job is the Junior IT technician, which test new software and they make sure software is avaliable to appropriate customers where requested they also make sure the anti-virus software is installed. Another one is character artists, where they design the characters for the games. Then there's the engine programmers, who contribute to the design, addition and modification of code and features that are built to enhance performance within a video game engine. Another job is the subsidiaries, which is where the daughter company of the parent company and subsidiaries are referred to as imprints.
C.) Products
One game ninja theory made was kung fu chaos and this game is a 3D party fighting game developed by ninja theory when they were called just add monsters, it was published by Microsoft Game Studios and released worldwide only on the xbox in 2003. Another game they made was Devil May Cry is an action-adventure hack and slash video game developed by ninja theory and published by Capcom for PS3 and Xbox and Microsoft Windows. The version Ninja Theory made is a reboot of the Devil May Cry series. The most recent game they made was Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice. This games is an action adventure game developed and published by Ninja Theory. It was made by a team of approximately 20 developers led by one of the directors Tameem Antoniades. The game was released in August 2017 for Microsoft Windows and Playstation 4 and the Xbox version released April 2018.
D.) Market position
Since Ninja Theory is owned by Ubisoft, for their market position, they are high up in the market, against Naughty Dog and Ubisoft make video games such as: Assassin's creed, Far Cry, Just Dance, Prince of Persia, Rayman, Raving rabbids Naughty Dog also make a lot of single player games. They have several development studios across the world, meaning they must be high because they have enough money to make several studios.
E.) Competitors
One of Ninja Theories competitors is Naughty Dogs, because both of them make high quality games single player games, therefore they are competitors. Another competitor is Niantic because both of them make phone games, like Microsoft made a game called Subway surfers game and Niantic made Pokemon go
